The other problem with living fast (other than dying young), is that you later realize you don’t have the essentials of daily life. Things such as laundry detergent, mosquito repellent, and food. Too busy getting biking tickets and going to organic food forums like a true gangtsa. Bad girls do it well. Getting home I realized that the food I had that wasn’t something of a powder or seeds, was exactly 3 mangos, 2 bananas, half of a browning avocado, 1 egg, almond milk, and what I’m pretty sure is a zucchini that has somewhat froze and thawed due to the excellent quality of my fridge. “I guess I’m making a smoothie tomorrow and hoping for the best!”(I’m not very good at making smoothies as I mentioned in my first smoothie recipe for Green Goop). So I peeled one of the bananas and put it in a ziplock bag in the freezer, boiled some water and put it in the ice cube tray(I also don’t even have enough safe drinking water at home) and went to bed thinking of what I could come up with for my morning.

Good call on bringing all those ziplock bags filled with the natural section of bulk barn past Melissa. Ya done good. Present Melissa thanks you.
Frozen Banana 1
Mango 1
Zucchini 4 inches
Avocado .3
Almond Milk* .25C
Ice .5C
Chia Seeds 1T
Hemp Hearts 1T
Matcha Powder 1t
Spirulina Powder 1t
Bee Pollen 1t
*You can use almond milk or any dairy free substitute. I just happened to find a place selling it real cheap which is the only reason I have it. Normally it’s about $20CAD for a carton of the non-refrigerated almond milk.
Peel and roughly chop the mango and zucchini and add to the blender.
Add the banana, avocado, and the almond milk.
Blend until smooth.
Add the ice, chia, hemp, matcha, and spirulina then blend until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and top with the bee pollen.
Enjoy!
** I topped mine with a bit of extra diced mango and some of the chia and hemp hearts that I didn’t blend.
